Local delivery is completely free of charge as is disposal of old beds on orders to the following postcodes:

We are a Sussex bed and bedding centre who deliver locally using our own vans, and own staff so that we are in control of the whole delivery process. They have years of experience delivering our products with minimal fuss, and any special needs or requirements can be easily catered for.

  • All stock items will be delivered in 1 - 5 working day(s) of your order being processed
  • If an item is not in stock we will call or email you the moment it arrives to arrange a convenient day to deliver, see individual pages for delivery times to order
  • We offer either an AM or PM delivery slot so you don't have to be waiting in all day!
  • We can, if requested, call you when we are nearby so your not caught short having a shower or walking the dog!
  • Unpacking and assembling items is chargeable and needs to be arranged prior to delivery
  • We do ask for all items to be fully dismantled that need to be disposed and recycled

 

Once you have placed you order, we will automatically send you a confirmation email acknowledging your purchase. Then all you need to do is sit back and wait for a phone call from our office to organise a suitable day and timeslot for us to deliver. Our delivery team will take all items into the room of choice, assembly of all divans, mattressses, frames and adjustable beds is chargeable, please email for more details.

And not to mention your old mattress will be taken away and recycled completely free of charge, a service that our competitors will charge between £30 - £60 for, most companies won't even offer this service, let alone for free!

The timeframes for delivery on products not in stock are dependant on our suppliers and are given in the best faith and as accurately as possible. Also note that the times we give are only a guide and may vary slightly depending on the time of year. In the rare case of an extended delivery period, we will always inform you of any delays on your order time via email or telephone.

Delivery Vehicles
Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long heavy goods vehicle weighing approximately 16.5 tonnes with a height of 14’ 3". Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads. This is to help us deliver your order successfully and ensure that we have made arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and may be chargeable. In order to prevent damage to our courier's vehicles, unadopted roads will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Safe alternative routes must be provided by the customer.
